Open Joining Mode
Open Joining is designed for maximum speed and anonymous participation. No audience data setup is required.
Instant Access
The system generates a unique 6-character Room Code for the session. All guests use the same Common Guest Passcode displayed on your screen.
Note: Guest data is not stored in your permanent audience database in this mode.
How Guests Join
Regardless of the mode you choose, all guests join your presentation through a single entry point:
Launching the Room
When you Launch your presentation, the necessary login credentials for guests will be displayed prominently at the top of your host page:
Group Mode
Your Group Name acts as the Room Code. Guests use their Unique ID (from your CSV upload) as their initial Guest Code.
Open Joining Mode
The system displays a temporary 6-character Room Code and a Common Guest Code. Guests use these shared credentials to enter instantly.
