Smart Attendance Tracking
Use Voice Assistants and interactive questions to track participation and manage scores.
How It Works
Instead of manual roll calls, Presentation Assistants uses a dynamic **Voice Assistant** system to verify attendance through random interaction. This keeps the audience engaged while automatically managing participation scores.
1. Initial Setup
When creating your Audience Group, you can define the starting state for your tracking:
- Initial Attendance Points: Set a baseline score for all members (e.g., 5 points).
- Trigger Word: Set a specific word that, when spoken by you, activates the Voice Assistant.
2. The Attendance Question Pool
You can prepare three types of questions to be used at different stages of your presentation:
Start Questions
Used to verify attendance during the introduction or warm-up.
Mid-way Questions
Used to check engagement during transitions in the content.
Closing Questions
Final checks to confirm the audience stayed until the end.
3. Triggering the Voice Assistant
During your live presentation, you don't need to click buttons to start a check. Simply speak the Trigger Keyword you assigned to each phase:
Start Triggers
Example Keyword: "Pick"
Activates the intro question pool.
Mid-way Triggers
Example Keyword: "Exercise"
Activates the transition question pool.
Closing Triggers
Example Keyword: "Closing"
Activates the final verification pool.
When the system hears the keyword, the Voice Assistant will:
- Select a random question from the corresponding pool.
- Randomly pick an audience member from your roster.
- Call out the guest's name and ask the question over the speakers.
4. Transparency & Data
For the Presenter
Our system automatically logs every check. You can Export Audience Data at any time to get a detailed CSV report of scores and attendance history.
For the Audience
Transparency is key. Audience members can view their Course Calendar to see exactly which days they were called on and whether they were marked Present or Absent.
